Traineeship Title: Trainee at Centre for International Cooperation and Projects

Duration: from 2 to 6 months

Requirements
The candidate must:
- be a student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme at a
university from a Programme country;
- have good communication skills (verbal and written);
- have very good command of English language (B2/C1). Other language skills will
be appreciated;
- have good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications;
- be motivated and enthusiastic;
- have very good team work skills.

Traineeship description and specification

- participation in the organization of international events;
- working on issues regarding the University’s participation in international
cooperation activities, including preparation of international agreements,
application of international projects and programmes;
- correspondence with foreign Partners;
- monitoring on the deadlines of the international agreements of the University;
- preparation of schedules for foreign guests and delegations visiting the
University;
- organisation and mediation in establishing, maintaining and expanding the
international relations of the University.
