Lead and coordinate curriculum development, implementation, and
assessment of programs. Define and implement academic policy, procedures,
and requirements. Coordinate language program assessment. Oversee the
Language Center and Language Tutoring program. Recruit, hire, train, and
supervise tutors and instructors. Assist in budget development and forecasting.
Consult with faculty campus-wide on culturally and linguistically responsive
teaching approaches. Serve as Assessment Fellow to consult on program
assessment across disciplines.

Language Pedagogy & Technology Specialist, Center for World Languages

Created the Language Tutoring program, including development of web-based
tutor training modules. Collaborated with various graduate programs to
identify assessment needs and pilot, select, and implement a web-based, four-
skills proficiency assessment. Collaborated with Registrar to develop Banner
processes for upload and storage of student records. Facilitated faculty
professional development workshops on pedagogy and instructional
technologies.
