ABSTRACT

In this report a prototype model of a remote controlled Robot using Bluetooth device is
presented. In the project an android application which possesses the capability to control a
specific robot providing remote access from android phone using Bluetooth. Bluetooth
technology is wireless radio transmissions in a short distance providing a necessary technology
to create convenience, intelligence and controllability. Now-a-days robotics is the most
important & developing sector. Robots are used at home to space. Same as, robotic manipulators
are very common for different robotic applications in general & industrial purposes. Ourpurpose
of this project is to build a carrier robot whichwill be controlled by Bluetoothwireless
technology. It can carry mostly light things fromone place to another. Our targeted population
are mostly old or disabled peoplewho cannot move fast on their feet. Besides, this bot can be
used inrestaurants as a waiter to serve menu or food, etc.
