Karies gigi merupakan salah satu gangguan pada gigi yang terjadi ketika jaringan
keras gigi mengalami kerusakan. Mereka yang mengonsumsi karbohidrat secara
berlebih, membuat saluran makan bagian atas, meninggalkan zat asam di gigi terlalu
lama. Alhasil enamel gigi akan hancur secara perlahan. <br>

<b>2. Penyakit jantung</b><br>
Mengonsumsi karbohidrat dalam jumlah banyak, membuat kolesterol dalam tubuh
meningkat. Akibatnya beberapa jenis penyakit seperti penyakit jantung, pengerasan

sehingga harus dihindari. Berikut ini merupakan dampak buruk terlalu banyak

Salah satu gangguan kesehatan yang timbul saat Anda terlalu banyak mengonsumi lemak
adalah obesitas. Lemak yang berada di dalam tubuh nyatanya tidak semua bisa
