AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, RUBEN A. FONG, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of
Ortouste, Cotabato City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that:

a. On October 14, 2016 at around two in the afternoon

(2pm), my friend, NATHANIEL ALID texted me that he
wanted to be fetched at the Cotabato Highway;
b. At around two in the afternoon (2pm), I fetched
Nathaniel Alid using my motorcycle (“paying-payong”)
and we went to the house of our friend, Carls Johnson
Bagundang to visit; and
c. Around three in the afternoon (3pm), I brought
Nathaniel Alid to his father’s house at RH 7 Cotabato
City;
d. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the
foregoing statements.

I, CARLS JOHNSON A. BAGUNDANG, Filipino, of legal age,
and a resident of Ortouste, Cotabato City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say,
that:

a. On October 14, 2016 at around two in the afternoon

(2pm), my friend, NATHANIEL ALID and Ruben Fong
arrived in our house;
b. While thereat, Nathaniel Alid asked me if he could eat
something as he was starving to which our friend,
Karen Mae Roda gave him money to buy food; and
c. Around three in the afternoon (3pm) Nathaniel Alid
went home riding the motorcycle with sidecar “payong-
payong” of Ruben Fong; and
d. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the
foregoing statements.
