Narrative The above listed subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the above listed
charge after patrol observed the defendant failing to keep right while traveling
East on Elm Street. The vehicle then passed thru a left turn only lane at the
intersection with Park Street and continued east on Elm Street. As the vehicle
turned from Elm Street to Cedar Street it failed to signal within 100 feet of the
turn. During the stop, patrol detected the odor of consumed alcohol coming from
the listed subject. A series of field sobriety tests were administered in which Ott
failed. Ott was placed under arrest and brought to Potsdam Police Department for
processing where it was determined that his BAC was .13%.
