In my opinion, the author brings up a lot of good points. However, technology is unavoidable. Instead of trying to

turn it into some sort of addiction, how about thinking about it as a tool? I’m able to keep in touch with my family whenever

I want, no matter where they are! Technology just needs to be used as a tool for action rather than a distraction or toy!

Technology and using it properly leads to knowledge and communication.
