AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, MA MARGARITA B. ROJO, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of

GoldCrest, Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state the following:

1. That I am a registered Nurse with Professional Regulation Commission

(PRC) License Number 03091964, issued on February 2, 2012;

2. That while I am a licensed nurse, I was not able to practice the same and
have never been gainfully employed as such;

3. That I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical,

and thus, I only generate minimal income enough for me and my family’s
sustenance;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for whatever legal purposes that this statement may serve.
