Where you are, there we are---GTS Tool Team
Team Introduction
Tool team belongs to GTS Network Integration Service department. It persists on “taking
solving the delivery pain points as the center”, and dedicates to the development of a
series of delivery tools for survey, commissioning, material, subcontracting, acceptance,
plan management and so on.
Tool team has personnel including business, development, testing and implementation
and so on. With "fast response, emergency first" as its purpose, it can be customized
import according to the need of project on the basis of the platform version. In 2014, we
sent tool SA for the global major projects to define business process and work out the
project E2E tool solutions so as to complete the tool development rapidly. We successfully
completed the introduction of more than 30 projects and hundreds of tools such as
Indonesia HCPT, Telkomsel, Denmark TDC, Philippines Globe, UK VDF, etc. and the
cumulative cost reduction reaches XXX million USD.
“Where you are, there we are”, this is our eternal commitments. Tool team will continue to
strive for innovation, to provide high-quality tool products and services, so as to help
reduce the delivery cost, enhance the efficiency of delivery and create greater value!
Team History
In 2011, relocation tool and PR tool supported Spain OSP, helped the frontline bring order
out of chaos.
In 2012, tool team established and built brands of Smart Delivery and Smart RNO. Smart
Delivery supported Indonesia HCPT, and Smart RNO supported Morocco for the world's
first SRAN 8.0 site.
In 2013, Smart Delivery worked out Document Tool and PR Tool for global promotion,
mainly supported the TOP5 project of the company. And team Smart RNO combined with
iSwap to realize the joint delivery.
In 2014, Smart Delivery worked out 6 tool products such as APP, SMT, etc. to support the
TOP30 project of the company, and meanwhile develop professional service tools; The
delivery project quantity of Smart RNO surpassed one hundred.

2 Configuration Requirement
3 Operation Application
User Logged in must be the engineer who has been assigned the survey task on the Web. For example, the survey
task of site A has been assigned to the engineer Zhang San on the Web, therefore the logged in user here must be
Zhang San, he could download the survey task of site A after login. By the way, Sub survey contactor also can
download the survey task of site A after login.
Step 2 Enter the user name and password and click on Login, the interface will appear as shown in
Figure 3-3.
Step 3 Select the corresponding project, here the selected project must be the same as the one that
has been assigned on Web, and then click on GO.
Information Setting
Step 1 After entering the information of operator, it will appear the information of Setting interface,
as shown in Figure 3-5.
Step 2 Input User Name and Phone NO., Choose the survey team, and click on the button “OK”.
Step 3 If Template Update and then appear the following icon New, click on New to update the Web
end to distribute the survey template. The New icon of Template Update will disappear once
the complete template update.
Switch to other users to login: click on the icon in the right side of Logout, as marked with red box shown in
Figure 3-7, then can switch to other users to login.
GPS service setting: click on the icon in the right side of GPS Setting, as marked with red box shown in Figure
3-8, then can set the GPS service.
Update the latest item template: landing APP will automatically detect the latest template,when you click on the
cancel button ,and then can manually trigger the updating by clicking on the button New behind Version in here,
as marked with red box shown in Figure 3-9
Language Setting: click on the icon in the right side of Language Setting, as marked with red box shown in Figure
3-10, then can set the language of the function button.
APP Version: View APP version number, as marked with red box shown in Figure 3-11
APP QR CODE: view the QR code here, scanning the QR code to download the installation package, as marked
with red box shown in Figure 3-12

Step 2 The information of wireless interface is shown as Figure 3-15, click on the plus icon in the top
right corner, as marked with blue box shown in the below figure.

Step 3 Click on the plus icon in the top right corner, then enter the interface of site task, as shown in
Figure 3-16, then can check the site task list under the circumstance of unobstructed network.
Step 4 Click on the download icon in the top right corner of Figure 3-13, then a symbol X will
appear above the download icon, and a check box will appear in front of the site task, then the
site task could be selected and assigned, as marked with blue box shown in the top right
corner shown in Figure 3-17.
Step 5 Select any one site in the site task list, and click on the button Assign to me to assign it, as
marked with blue box shown in the top right corner shown in Figure 3-18; Or select any one
task in the site task list, and then enter the interface as shown in Figure 3-19 to assign the task.
Step 6 Click on the button Assign to me, then the interface would be shown as Figure 3-20, and click
on the button OK, then the site task has been assigned successfully.
Step 7 After the site task being assigned successfully, click on the return button in the top left corner
of Figure 3-21, and then return the wireless interface, then can see the site task that is waiting
for information acquisition, as shown in Figure 3-22.

Step 2 Click on the blue area, the interface will be shown as below. Then can check Basic
Information and modify it by clicking on the button Change info. Click on Navigate to
navigate the current site location according to the latitude and longitude filled in Site Location,
as shown in Figure 3-24 and Figure 3-25.
Step 3 If need to modify the Basic Information, click on the button Change info in Fugure 3-26, then
Basic Information will be editable, then can modify Basic Information and click on "Save" to
save it, as shown in Figure 3-27.
Step 4 For checking the "On-Site Survey" information on the right side of "Basic Information", there
are two ways for display: Icon and List. The default one is Icon. Click on the corresponding
group, then would see the sub-group information of the corresponding group. For example,
there are three groups information to be acquired under IBS: Test, Building Info and
Equipment Mode.
Step 5 Click on the Basic group as shown in Figure 3-28 and enter the interface of information
acquisition, here can check all item field information of the current group, as shown in Figure
3-29.
Step 6 And click on the field to be filled in quickly enter the edit box of the field, as shown in Figure
3-30.
Step 7 Click on the list on the right side of Icon to switch to List mode, as shown in Figure 3-31.
Click on the blue box 1 in Figure 3-31 to filter the group information, the All in the blue box
2 stands for all information of the current group, Required stands for the information of the
current group which must be filled, and Photo stands for the photo information of the current
group. When either of the modes has been selected, the font will be red, and the current
filtering status is All as shown in Figure 3-31. When the selected group information is IBS in
the blue box 1, the blue box 3 will be the group information of IBS module, as shown in
Figure 3-32.
Step 8 Information acquisition details are shown as Figure 3-33, the blue box 1 stands for this field
should be text type, and the value of this field is empty now. When the value has been filled
in, the blue box 2 will appear, and a symbol X will also appear. Click on the symbol X, then
can clear the value of the current field. Blue box 3 stands for the current field is a drop-down
selected field; Blue box 4, with the red asterisk, stands for it is required to be filled in.
Step 2 Click on the blue box 2, the below interface will appear.
1 Check the picture sample come from Web side.
2 Check the photo taken currently.
3 Select the local photo stored in the mobile phone.
4 Take photo.
5 Switch to the previous item of the current one.
6 Switch to the item next the current one.
7 Check the photo item need to be taken of the current group.
8 Edit the current photo.
9 Delete the current photo.
After taking photos, see the following interface, as the Figure 3-37,
The button 1 in the blue box is used for deleting the photo.
button 2 in the blue box is used for rotate the photo 90 degrees to the left.
button 3 in the blue box is used for rotate the photo 90 degrees to the right.
button 3 in the blue box is used for saving the photo.
Step 4 After finishing the edit of the current photo, click on the button in the top right corner for
saving the editing operation.
Step 2 Click on the upload button in the top right corner in wireless interface, as shown in the blue
box of Figure 3-40.
Step 3 After clicking on the upload button, there will be a symbol X appearing on the upload button,
and there will be a check box coming out in front of the site task, as shown in Figure 3-41.

Step 4 Click on the blue box 2 in the lower part of Figure 3-42, then can upload the data of site task
which has been already finished the acquisition to the Web side of eSurvey , When uploading
the data, slide the task to the left and then can cancel the uploading and reedit the site data, as
shown in Figure 3-43. Click on the blue box 3, then can save the data packet of the site task
on the mobile phone. The data packet saved in the phone is named by Site ID+Task ID, the
store path in the mobile phone is: sdcard\Android\com.hw.smart.esurvey\files\zip
Step 5 Save the data packet of the site task on the mobile phone. The data packet saved in the phone
is named by Site ID+Task ID, the store path in the mobile phone is:
sdcard\Android\com.hw.smart.esurvey\files\zip. As shown in Figure 3-44.

Step 6 Once successfully upload the site task to the Web side of eSurvey or save the site packet in the
mobile phone, then can check the completed site list in the Complete interface.
Step 2 Click on the delete button, the interface of Figure 3-39 will appear. Click on button Yes in
Figure 3-47, then would delete the site.

Step 2 Click on the button Confirm to update the version. After the updating, the existing data will
be retained, as shown in Figure 3-51.
Step 3 If find the latest version, click on the cancel button, and then can manually trigger the
updating by clicking on the button New behind Version in Me interface, as shown in Figure
3-52.
Step 2 Click on the button Confirm in Figure 3-54 to update the version.
