Decisions :

1) 20 additional delivery staffs were hired in the November month 2016, at the
pay band of B – Scale I.
2) Due to festive season, it’s being decided that 20% sales discount will be given
to all the green products marketed by the company
3) With due considerations on the budget allocations, it has been decided that
two delivery vans will be bought in this financial quarter and the remaining two
vans will be bought at the next financial quarter.
4) Because of the consistent customer complaints of the quality of potatoes and
cakes, it has been decided that the issue will be taken up with the supplier
and till then new supplier will be identified for quality delivery of the products.
5) With the permission of Chairman, an issue pertaining to the perks
improvement is being discussed and it’ll be added as part of the salary from
next financial quarter.

Additional Information:
1) From the previous meeting, the issue of providing pending wages to certain
contractual employees has been taken up and resolved.
2) Based on Chairman’s report, the CSR activity of helping NGOs with leftover
edible items has been successfully implemented and the company is being
nominated for an award from Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
