Dear Brod/Sis:

Greetings of peace!
It has been a long standing practice of our Mu Kappa Phi National Exclusive Law Fraternity
and Sorority to have recruitment-initiation process conducted every year. This is in line with the
organization’s pursuit to multiply its members and produce real Mu Kappans without sacrificing the
quality of its already established brotherhood and sisterhood.
Thus, after four (4) Sundays of initiation rites, our Mu Kappa Phi National Exclusive Fraternity
and Sorority has gathered eleven (11) neophytes who have conquered their struggles during the
pledgeeship and have successfully proven their sincerest intentions and potentials to be part of the
organization and become real Mu Kappans: the Iligan Chapter with 9 neophytes and the Marawi Chapter
with 3 members.
Anchored with above, the organization will conduct an acceptance ceremony in order to formally
welcome the neophytes as finally members of the family. Ultimately, the event is design to be an avenue
for acquaintance and get-together of all the already members and the neophytes of the organization.
To a tighter bond, the Iligan and Marawi Chapters decided to have a JOINT ACCEPTANCE
CEREMORY OF THE NEOPHYTES. And because the organization recognizes the members who have
instilled in their hear, mind and soul being a real Mu Kappans, the event will simultaneously celebrate the
RECOGNITION OUR SHARI’AH COUNSELORS as well as the TRIBUTE FOR OUR
GRADUATING brothers and sisters.
Nonetheless, the realizations of the aforesaid events are hindered by the fact that resident
members and neophytes have limited financial sources considering that most are students. With this
predicament, we would like to express our humble solicitation to your generosity for donation in cash or
in any kind which will help the realization of the events. We are hoping to find a brother/sister in you
being a real Mu Kappan who shall give meaning to our very pledge, to wit “to stand by my brothers and
sisters through thick and thin, in triumph and in defeat, in joy and in tribulation.” Hence, our sincerest
request to your kind heart to extend help to success of our events.
