History
Project Description: XXXXXXXX continued the journey from
Implementations to Application Maintenance & Services (AMS). The project
was to support roll-outs of 40 plants across the globe and maintain the
client’s production environment. This project continued after the first
successful implementation of Oracle eBS R12 on 01-Sept-2009. The work
streams involved were Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning,
Projects and Order Management.
As a System Analyst I was responsible for analysis, design, development,
testing, maintenance and bug fixing of Oracle Application ERP solutions. I
also played the below mentioned roles.

 Responsible for resolving production issues with proper analysis, code


fix and deployment keeping the Service Line Agreements (SLA) in
mind.
 Responsible for managing production issues in ticket form in the Test
Director tool.
 Responsible for effective communication between the project team and
the customer.
 Provide day to day update to the user, support manager and onsite
coordinator and regular project status to the customer.

 Responsible as a code reviewer to find issues in the code pack and
help the developer to maintain the code defect free and in aligned with

Project Description: XXXXXXXX implementing Oracle Application R12 on


Oracle On-demand environment for their Rig solution business division. As
an implementation project, this required various integration between
different modules and customization in various oracle standard processes.
Almost all the modules in Oracle Application like Finance, Manufacturing,
Projects, and Order Management were implemented.

My role in the team was as follows:

 Analysis and Estimation of new Projects


 Mapping the User Requirements to IT Requirements
 Establish AID’s with external interfacing systems

workflows like ATLS PNV interface, Delivery Grouping Interface, Clear Orbit
Interface, YYYYYYY Interface, Clear Orbit label printing. This project was to
provide support to the production environment and manage production

issues within the Service Level Agreements (SLA). This project was a
Mission Critical Application (MCA) thus 24x7 support and maintenance was
required.

My role in the team was as follows:


 Provide continuous support to the client’s production environment so that
none of the production issues violates SLA.
 Analyze the production issue and provide solutions which may be a code
fix, setup issue or data issue.
 Direct communication with the business users with resolution of the issue
post thorough analysis.
 Manage the tickets and update them using the CRM tool Amdocs Clarify.
 Mentor the junior members in the team and to educate them on the
Oracle Application technology, client processes and SLA activities.

Project Description: XXXXXXXX BioScience business division in


Sweden implemented Oracle Application 11i with a complex landscape of
interfaces, reports, workflows like ATLS PNV interface, Delivery Grouping
Interface, Clear Orbit Interface, ISOALE/ISOWLE Interface, Clear Orbit
label printing. This project customized most of the standard oracle
processes as per GE’s need.

My role in the team was as follows:


 Understand MD60 which is the business requirement provided by the
functional analyst.
 Prepare the MD70 which is the technical design document to ensure that
the solution and design is aligned with the requirement.
 Participate in the global design which created global modules to be called
from different components.
 Design and develop multiple components like Interface, Conversion,
Reports etc as mentioned in the MD60 and in line with the design in
MD70.
 Participate in unit testing for the developed components.
 Participate in the integration testing and extend support during the user
acceptance test phase.
 Participate in the project GO Live phase.
 Communicate activities/progress to project managers and technical lead.
