Fourth General Body Meeting - 21/Jan/2018 

Association conducted fourth and final General Body Meeting for the financial 
year 2017-2018 on Jan 21st 2018, Sunday 4 PM. There were 18 owners present on 
that day including association committee members. Following topics were 
discussed during this meeting. 
● Selection of new committee members for the next financial year. 
● Association already invited nominations for the new association 
committee and there were only seven members shown interest. 
● As there were only seven members given the nominations, there was no 
need to conduct elections and these seven people were selected 
unanimously. 
● The term of the following current association management committee will 
be end by February 28th 2018. 
○ Girish Kotegar -  President 
○ Sathish  - Secretary 
○ Mahesh Kumar- Treasurer 
○ Sunil Kumar - Vice President 
○ Prakash  - Joint secretary 
○ Raman  - Joint Treasurer 
○ Abhisek  - Member of Management Committee 
○ Shabu  - Member of Management Committee 

● Following owners forms the new association management committee and 

their tenure will be started from 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2019. 
○ Prakash Gobur  - President 
○ Ganesan Chinnasamy- Secretary 
○ Saravanan K.R.  - Treasurer 
○ Kiran S.B. - Vice President 
○ Ganesh G.E. - Joint Treasurer 
○ Raghavendra Ratnala - Joint secretary 
○ M.D. Suryakant - Member of Management Committee 

● All the above changes are approved by the current management committee 
and also by all the members of the association.
