The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement will be allocated as follows:
The first $2,700 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Bredesen for Senate
for the Primary Election; the next $2,700 of a contribution from a person and the next $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be
allocated to Bredesen for Senate; and the next $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Tennessee
Democratic Party.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a
contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Please note that political campaigns cannot accept corporate checks. Your contribution (and/or payment of this credit charge) must come from your own
personal funds, and not from funds provided by any other person or from any corporation, labor union, or national bank. Federal contractors may not
contribute to political campaigns. Bredesen Victory Fund does not knowingly accept campaign contributions from people who are not United States
citizens, or persons under the age of 18.
Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions
aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions and gifts to Bredesen Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
