conflict resolution, as well as learning about businesses and institutions.
· Chair of the Social Justice Club – researched and investigated social justice issues and carried out fundraising.
· Planning a Youth Retreat for 2500 students’ (painting, building, set up).
· Member of leadership coordinating team for a major youth event. (Youth Quake)
Work Experience
RESPITE WORKER FOR AN APPROVED PRIVATE HOME | MOOSE JAW| AUGUST 2014- PRESENT
· Provide care for five individuals with intellectual disabilities.
· Cook full suppers for the residents.
· Plan Activities through out the day for the residents.
· Supervised and encouraged the tenants as they completed “chores” that they were responsible for.
· Provided residents with hair washing and personal hygiene routine.
· Intervened with conflicts between residents, and helped them understand how to deal with conflict in a positive way.
BABYSITTER| MOOSE JAW | 2009-2015
· Provided a safe, nurturing, positive childcare environment. (fulltime summer 2014)
· Organized a variety of fun developmentally appropriate activities for the children based on their interests and needs.

SUMMERS 2015, 2016 AND 2017.
· Created summer programing for 50+ EAL students new to Canada.
· Managed a budget for activities, supplies, and food.

CAREER WORK EXPIRENCE CLASS | PRINCE ARTHUR SCHOOL, MOOSE JAW | MAY 2014 – JUNE 2014
· Interaction with 25 Kindergarten Students along side a teacher.
· Worked with an autistic child to develop relationships with other children and routines for transitioning from inside to
outside.
· Helped plan learning activities as well as some small teaching opportunities with the children such as reading, writing,
letter and sound recognition.
· Interacted with children during to help instill positive social interaction.
· Helped the teacher ensure classroom routines were followed, as well as creating a safe environment for the kids to learn
and grow.
