· Provide care for five individuals with intellectual disabilities.
· Cook full suppers for the residents.
· Plan Activities through out the day for the residents.
· Supervised and encouraged the tenants as they completed “chores” that they were responsible for.
· Provided residents with hair washing and personal hygiene routine.
· Intervened with conflicts between residents, and helped them understand how to deal with conflict in a positive way.
