BAKE SCHEDULE AND CURE RESPONSE

STANDARD CURE Generally 6-10 minutes at 400 degree Fahrenheit metal temperature.
Or 10-20 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit metal temperature.
FAST CURE Generally 2-4 minutes at 400-420 degree Fahrenheit metal temperature.
LOW CURE Generally 10-20 minutes 280-320 degree Fahrenheit metal temperature.

Fast Cure and Low Temperature Curable Powder Coatings available in most color and resin systems. Color chip examples shown
may vary due to printing process and should not be used as a final representation of color. Surface finishing available in Smooth,
River-Texture, Grain-Texture, Fine-Texture, Wrinkle, Antique-Texture, Metallic Vein, Metallic and Special Effects all in multiple gloss
range. Please contact Nortek for selection and availability. Normal production time ranges from 5 to 10 days, customers are advised
to inquire about estimated production time.
