IDDC Engineers Pvt Ltd believes that self-development is a continuous process and every Associate in
the Organization should develop his/her knowledge and skills on a continuous basis. The purpose of
this appraisal exercise is to ensure individual as well as Organizational Development. Such
performance review gives us an insight in mapping the individual aspirations with the Organizational
requirements.
By way of this, all the Associates have an opportunity to introspect objectively on their performance
during the period under review. The following format enables you to highlight the accomplishments
against the Key Role Activities’ from all perspectives.

On what basis previous increments made & surprisingly from this year it was mentioned that
12% is the maximum for the better performer. I am unhappy with the decision made.
GRE Policy:
All the reimbursement will be made only for the tax paid bills submitted: that is not possible in
all cases.
Local travel allowance for two wheeler Rs 3 / km travelled are not following.
3.3 General office timing mentioned for all offices shall be 10.00am, wheras vizag office timing is
on 9.30am.
In clause 3.4 mentioned that in case the staff has to work extended timing to complete the work,
the compensation shall be availed immediately the next day.
Can we follow that
4.1 Leaves & Concession: We are not following as per the clause mentioned, can we follow that.
4.3 Based on the situation the leave can be sanctioned, we are not following this too.
HR policy:

5. Salary Structure:
TA travelling allowance, a fixed amount of Rs 1800: but in the pay slip given to me it is
mentioned as 800 only
5.7 Increment shall be based on performance and shall not be mandatory or uniform to all
the staff. Increments shall be declared before 15th May of every year and applicable from 1st
April of that year.
Last year & this year the increments are applicable from june only.
How can you provide PF to one branch without informing & asking other branches
From August onwards delhi office is getting PF, but I don’t have the information regarding this.

All the issues can be attended to and calrified at the office level
We need to ensure the the HR & GRE document has to be circulated to all offices before 15 th April
looking into some aspects mentioned above and change it if necessary after discussion with all
offices to ensure such things are not brought out again
