STUDENT BINDING CONTRACT

This contract is between Muhammad Azrul Hafiz bin Kamaruddin (hired by Syed Mohammed
Idid), hereafter called the Tutor, and ____________________________________________,
hereafter called the student.

1. Accepting the Contract

1.1 By accepting this contract, you enter into a legally binding contract for the period between
now until the end of PT3 examination.

1.2 You are subject to the terms of this contract and by doing so gives you the right to be tutored by
the Tutor for the afore mention period.

1.3 The contract can be terminated by the Tutor if you have violated or break any of the terms
provided in clause 4.

1.4 The contract can also be terminated by the hirer if he so find the Tutor is unfit for the student.

1.5 The student is therefore bound by the provisions of the contract throughout the period.

2. The Tutor Responsibility

2.1 During the period of service, the tutor are entitle to teach and nurture the student both
academically and holistically, covering the classroom lessons (only subjects of Bahasa Malaysia,
Mathematics and Science) as well as out of classroom lessons.

2.2 Ensuring the improvement of the Student grades and thinking skills.

2.3 Provide exercises for the Student as well as homework to be completed by the student.

2.4 Provide any extra services academically that will benefit the student.
3. The Student Responsibility

3.1 To focus during class session and put effort in his studies.

3.2 To improve his studies (by means of examination results) and ensuring that he, himself do not
lose focus in his studies.

3.3 Adhere to the terms and condition stated in clause 4.

4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 The student will be present at exactly the agreed time for his class.

4.2 The student spend at least 1 hour and 30 minutes daily on his studies.

4.3 Will not cancel class because he feels like it.

4.4 Do not play computer or mobile games 2 weeks prior and during his examination week.

4.5 Do not disturb the sisters during their class session.

4.6 Put effort in improving his prayers and studies.

4.7 Obtain an all D’s, at least for the three subjects mention in clause 2.1, for his mid-term
examination.

4.8 Obtain at least all B’s for the three subjects mention in clause 2.1, and pass for every other
subjects for his PT3 trial examination.

4.9 The student must not go out and stay over at any cyber café or “friend’s place”.

4.10 The student must not skip school for ‘no reason’.

4.11 The student must stay focus during class session.

5. Breach of the Contract

5.1 Upon the breach of clause 4 by the student, the contract can be terminated by the Tutor
immediately.

5.2 The termination of the terms and condition can be override by mutual agreement between all
three parties (The Tutor, the Hirer and The Student).
By signing this contract, the student, therefore has agreed with all the terms and condition that is applied
to him.
