 Seller Registration

Procedure to register as a seller

Registration in

* Document required => email at seller_regist@qoo10.sg with the document after registration
1) Singapore citizens (over 15 years old) or Singapore Permanent Residents:

- A copy of your NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) front/back or Business License
- A copy of your Bank Statement or a copy of legally valid document showing the identical bank
account number which you input during Qoo10 seller authorization process and the identical name
written on your NRIC or Business License

2) Foreigners holding a valid work visa for Singapore (Employment Pass, Work Permit; not a tourist visa):

- A copy of your FIN Card front/back or Business License

- A copy of your Bank Statement or a copy of legally valid document showing the identical bank
account number which you input during Qoo10 seller authorization process and the identical name
written on your FIN Card or Business License

 Regarding QSM (seller management program)

② Click on QSM on the right top side of the page and it will direct you to QSM log in page.
Input ID / password / security code once again to log in QSM.
QSM is the seller management program for listing, shipping, promotion, settlement for sales . 10
 Regarding item listing in QSM

① Go to listing & pricing > listing & editing.

② Click on New item listing.

① Select the category on your item accordingly in the dropdown list.

② Click on upload to select the image and register it.
③ If it is made in SG, select Domestic. Other than SG, kindly select overseas and input the country name.

 Regarding item listing in QSM

① If you set up the selling price, the settle price will be shown automatically.
② It is the retail price and it shows how much you sell the item at the lower price than the retail price on the item page.
③ Kindly input the correct and valid address.
④ Select the shipping code you want to apply and if you want to provide more than one shipping method, kindly choose more in Shipping rate opiton. 13
 How to set up new shipping method :

④ Name the shipping fee title by yourself. ( e.g>> add accodingly qty )

 Regarding item listing in QSM

① This service makes the display rank of your items elevated a little higher in the search result list
along with red premium icon so that they can attract the customer’s attention more visually and effectively.

① You item will be exposed with the premium icon when searched.

② For plus item, kindly go to promotion> AD display for detailed info.

 How to update shipping status to “on delivery” Shipping management

① Detailed order and buyer’s info will be shown once you double click the new order info.

. estimated shipping date] : if you set up this, the buyer can see the expected shipping date in Shopping list.
③ After selecting the orders, Click on [update shipping status] with the correct delivery company and tracking info.
Lastly click on update Status on the right side and send the parcel to the buyer on the same day. 21
 Promotion : Auction, Group Buy

① Auction item and price for BUY NOW item can be set. 100 QCash will be charged as Auction registration fee and commission for the item is 8%.

② Group Buy is one of the type of selling. If the certain number of people purchase the product, discounted price will be offered.
If the minimum quantities not fulfilled, discount deal will be cancelled. ( Registration fee is not refunded)
Sales volume can be increased by displayed at promotion page, Group buy page during the certain period of time and 8% commision will be charged
Same as Auction.
For Group Buy, Qcash will be charged for registration fee and the rates as follow : 22
500 QCash within 3 days, 1,000 QCash within a week, 3,000 QCash within 2 weeks.
