No.8 Residentials is the 8th phase of the development

in the Vanke City compound in the cityside of Qingyu-
an, Guangdong. This enclosed residential is going to
house approximately 3000 young professional families.

The objectives of the project is to create an open

environment that is going to be shared by the com-
munity. Each program is designed to facilitate healthy
daily activities and embark communication amongst
neighbors.

Nature Country & Teddy’s Farm
小农街泰迪熊农场

Nature Country is a Teddy Bear themed farm and park

located in Foshan, Guangdong, China, a traditional farming
area in the rapid industralizing the Pearl River Delta region.
The project is to maintain the local agriculture-centred
industry and bring in tourism as the innovative approach
in reaction to this development trend.

Besides opening hand-picking vinyard and orchard, the

farm also features a small scale lodge and a container
hotel, outdoor activities camps and a restaurant using the
fresh-picked ingredients on site.

a knowledge sharing venue
for creatives and innovators,
beyond the already successful
role in supplying wide range
of eletronic components to
the local industries.

The Map marries the

traditional jigsaw puzzle and
wireless communication tech-
nology to re-enact a tactile
