KARUR". Nowadays the culture is playing an important role in every organization. Organization culture
is very important to develop the organizational Effectiveness and improve the employee work
environment.
The study was done on the organizational culture using seven dimensions:
Innovativeness and Ability. The study was based on the Descriptive Research Design. The sampling
design being used here is Simple Random Sampling. The sample size is 150 has been used. Thus this
report to utilize primary research data through structured Questionnaire and Secondary data involves
The tools being used for analysis and interpretation are percentage Analysis, Chi-square test and
Weighted Average Method. The suggestions made by the employees were mostly implemented
whenever they were applicable. The overall findings were made from the primary& secondary sources.
The research proves that the organizational culture forms the strong foundation for productive work
environment for the employees. It furnishes the apt ingredients for the

the company. So every organization has to be very careful while making the culture and transferring it to
their employees. .After transferring the culture it has to be maintained it. The "Chettinad Cement
Corporation Limited" has maintained good culture in the organization. So its performance is the best.
