URGENT EX PARTE MOTION FOR

POSTPONEMENT
COMES NOW the undersigned counsel, to this Honorable
Court most respectfully states that:

1. The undersigned counsel will be at the Royale Tagaytay

Country Club, Buck Estate, Km. 69, Emilio Aguinaldo Highway,
Alfonso, Cavite to attend a “Seminar on the Revised PAO
Operations Manual and Code of Conduct” on March 15 to 17,
2017. A copy of PAO Memorandum No. 060 signed by Deputy
Chief Public Attorney Silvestre A. Mosing is attached herewith
and made a part hereof as Annex “1”;

2. By reason of the foregoing, the undersigned counsel

respectfully begs the indulgence of the Honorable Court that
the hearing of the cases set on March 15 and 16, 2017 be
ordered postponed; and

3. This motion is not intended to delay the speedy disposition of

the above-entitled cases but is occasioned only by the above-
mentioned reason.

 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully
requested that hearing and the preliminary conference on the criminal
cases handled by the undersigned be reset to another date most
convenient to the calendar of the Honorable Court.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the circumstances, are

likewise prayed for.
