Narrative The above listed subject was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed the vehicle he was driving traveling northbound on
Clarkson Avenue at a high rate of speed. Radar confirmed the speed of the
vehicle to be 47 MPH in a posted 30 MPH zone. Further investigation revealed
Besaw’s license to be suspended leading the AUO 3rd charge.
