RULES & REGULATIONS

 Please carry your original photoproof ID ( passport, identity card, pan
card, driving license etc with its 1 photocopy) & Address Proof and
present to manager while checkin.
 Please note that guest without proper identification or whose name is
not reflecting on the arrival list, may be refused entry.

  House cleaning will be done on altenate day (only floor & garbage
cleaning ). Cleaning time - 10 am to 2 pm.
 Linen, towel change will be twice in a week. Pl note, 2 towels will be
provided.
 No drugs please. Smoking is allowed only in balcony.
 Do not disturb others’ privacy.
 You have to keep the apartment as it is while checking out.
 In case of any damages to the apartment Assets during your stay, will be
charged as applicable. (Refundable Rs. 1000/ as a security deposit will be
collected at the time of check in for reimbursement of any damage or
lost items.
 Pl bring your swimming costume for pool.
 Pl inform manager 1 hr prior to the agreed arrival time to avoid your
inconvenience.

activities in campus.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

* If booking is cancelled before 3 weeks of checkin date , 20% of amount will

be deducted from total days stay amount.

* If booking is cancelled after 15 days & before 7 days of checkin date , 30%
amount will be deducted from total days stay amount.

* If booking is cancelled within 3 days of checkin date , 50% amount will be

deducted from total days stay amount.

* If booking is cancelled 1 day before checkin date, or on arrival checkout

due to any kind of reason, no refund will be given back at any cost.
