function 02, should not be this fault.
P0103 16486 002/1,4 2 DTC is set: If mass air flow signal rises WS/ER Erase DTC-memory, function 05, let engine idle,
above 35.5 g/s for longer than 2 sec. and watch display 002/4, must be in the range of 1.8 to
engine speed under 1000 RPM. 4.0 g/s. engine idle, check DTC-memory again,
function 02, should not be this fault.
P0107 16491 113/4 2 DTC is set: If manifold pressure signal WS/ER Erase DTC-memory, function 05, let engine idle,
drops below 117 mV for longer than 2 sec. watch display 113/4, must not drop below 559
mbar for longer than 2 sec., check DTC-memory
again, function 02, should not be this fault.
P0108 16492 113/4 2 DTC is set: If manifold pressure signal rises WS/ER Erase DTC-memory, function 05, let engine idle,
above 4800 mV for longer than 2 sec. watch display 113/4, must not rise above 1118
mbar for longer than 2 sec., check DTC-memory
again, function 02, should not be this fault.
P0112 16496 004/4 2 DTC is set: If air intake temp. rises above WS/ER Let engine idle, wait 185 sec., watch display
133.50C for longer than 2 sec., 185 sec. after 004/4, should show reasonable values, not 19.50C
engine start. or 20.250C (substitute 1551 value).
P0113 16497 004/4 2 DTC is set: If air intake temp. drops below - WS/ER Let engine idle, wait 185 sec., watch display
36.00C for longer than 2 sec., 185 sec. after 004/4, should show reasonable values, not 19.50C
engine start. or 20.250C (substitute 1551 value).
P0116 16500 001/2 2 DTC is set: If coolant temperature drops WS/ER Cool engine down to 60.0°C (001/1), start engine
20.00C below temperature map after engine and let idle, watch temperature, should show
start. reasonable values, reaching 90.0°C (001/1).

002/2 voltage rises above 3.804V with an engine engine speed over 2400RPM (001/1) and an
098/1 speed over 2320RPM, engine load over engine load over 3.80ms (002/2), watch display
3.80ms and an engine coolant temp. over 098/1, must not rise above 3.804V for longer than
