History/Background of the Company/Company Profile

Brief Description

The Kitchen is a family owned restaurant in Baguio City that was

established in year 2015. It is located in an old house that’s about 85 years old

and was unused for almost 30 years before it became a restaurant. Thus, the

authentic vintage design and rustic feel with modern touch can be seen.

The Kitchen serves twist of traditional Filipino dishes both in its buffet and

ala carte menu. They also offer in-house and outside catering services for

different types of events such as weddings, birthdays, meetings, reunions, and a

lot more. They cater to different types and different number of guests that ranges

from 300 to maximum number 3000 guests for both restaurant walk-ins and

reservation for catering services.

The Kitchen envisions itself to be one of the top restaurants that provide

exceptional service, delectable food and refreshing beverage amidst Baguio

City’s cool climate and pine-scented atmosphere.

MISSION

 To bring to its guests delightful restaurant experiences they will cherish;

 To offer a wide array of dishes and beverages for the utmost satisfaction

of its guests; and

 To provide a one of a kind hospitality experiences in an ambiance Baguio

is well known for.

OBJECTIVES

 To constantly strive to improve its facilities and services;

 To continuously provide its guests with food and beverages that will satisfy

their ever changing tastes and preferences; and

 To formulate programs which will allow the guests to savor Baguio’s

impeccable climate and clean environment.
