In public relations recomendations suinitted to the Main Comittee
dn January, {t vas coutenplated that a basis for an affiraative progran af
public information vould be provided vhen the Scientific Advisory Board and
Scientific Director had been selected and vere at vork, and vhen various
preliminary editoriel research projects vere vell under vay, These things
bave been accomplished and the Comittee nov has the basta needed for car-
rytng on a long-range plan of public relations activities aimed at estab-
