One  of  the  most  powerful  life  skills  we  can  improve  is  our  ability  to  manage 
how  we  respond  to  people and events around us. Such skill is an essential keystone of 
human  excellence  and  achievement.  Our  ability  to  positively  manage  our  thoughts 
affects  our  actions,  and  our  actions  ‒  in  turn  ‒  directly  affect  the  extent  to  which  we 
achieve our goals. 

Neuro  Linguistic  Programming  explores  how  we  think  and  feel  by  examining 
the “inner” language we use to represent our experiences. NLP also focuses on human 
interaction  and  human  success,  and  uses  that  knowledge  to  model  excellence  in  all 
walks  of  life.  The  theories  and  techniques  of  NLP  give  us  a highly valuable insight on 
what  makes  some  people  excel  in  their  lives,  and  provides  us  with  the practical tools 
to excel in ours.  
NLP techniques are based on the concept that we already have all the internal 
resources and capabilities we need to effect change in our lives and the lives of those 
around us. These techniques give you the ability to choose an emotional or mental 
state and hold it for as long as you want, whenever you want. 

Every  situation  in  life  can  be  seen  as  an  intertwined  system  of  people  and  a 
sequence  of  events,  thoughts,  emotions,  actions  ‒  all  of  which  interact  with  and 
mutually  influence  each  other.  After  this  training  course,  you  will  be  able  to  see  the 
different  elements  in  each  situation  that  make  up  the  system,  and  decide  which ones 
are  working  for  you  and  which  ones  are  not.  However,  becoming  aware  of  what 
needs to be changed is only the first step: you will also be able to take action to change 
those  elements  that  aren’t  working  for  you.  In  other  words,  you  become responsible 
for the future you create.

PRACTITIONER’S CERTIFICATE IN NLP  
This  16-module  course  leading  to  a  certificate  issued  by  Red  Latinoamericana 
de  PNL  will  teach  you  the  basic  skills  of  NLP  (Neuro  Linguistic  Programming).  The

ABOUT THE TRAINERS 

Mag.  ​Laura  Szmuch  is  a  teacher  of  English,  graduated  from  INSP  “Dr Joaquín V. 
González”,  Yoga  teacher,  coach  and  NLP  Trainer.  Author  of  ​Aprendiendo  inglés  y 
disfrutando  el  proceso  ​(2003),  ​Las  seis  inspiraciones  ​(2013)  and  ​A  Teacher’s 
Motivational  Grammar:  The  Reasons  to  Teach  ​(2012),  for  her  Master’s  Degree  in 
Cognitive  Psychology  And  Learning  with  FLACSO  and  UAM  and  ​Proyecto  Gratitud 
(forthcoming publication). 

She  runs  leadership,  NLP  and  coaching  trainings  for  teachers  and  other  professionals 
both  in  English  and  in  Spanish  and  leads  self-development  workshops,  courses  and 
retreats.

Gabriela  Attar  is  a  teacher  of  English  graduated  from  INSP  “Dr  Joaquín  V. 
González”  and  a  Master  Practitioner  in  NLP  (Neuro-Linguistic  Programming).  She 
received  her  Practitioner  Certification  at  the  NLP  University  (California),  where  she 
trained  first  hand  with  some  of  the  most  respected  NLP  trainers  worldwide  including 
Robert  Dilts​,  leading  developer,  author,  coach,  trainer  and  consultant  in  the  field  since 
1975,  ​Judith  Delozier​,  trainer  and  author  best  known  for  her  years  of  work  in  the  1980s 
with  the  co-founder  of  NLP,  John  Grinder.  Gabriela  further  continued  her  training  with 
Tony  Robbins  ​:  Unleash  the  Power  Within  (Dallas),  Date  with  Destiny  (Miami)  and  Life & 
Wealth Mastery (Fiji).   

She  designs  and  offers  training  courses  for  educators  and  professionals  in 
different  fields,  and  gives  one-on-one  coaching  sessions  both  in  English  and  Spanish, 
face-to-face and virtually, nationally and internationally.
