Key Experiences
 Worked collaboratively alongside professionals and families to plan and support learning
for a range of diverse needs including but not limited to teacher aids, relief teacher,
behaviour specialist, psychologist, and speech therapist.
 Developed, planned, taught and assessed units for the subjects of Math, Arts, English,
Technology, Health, Geography and Religious Education.
 Employed and adapted current behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
 Developed and created a range of hands on learning resources to support and engage
students throughout units of work.
 Attended all additional supervisory activities including staff meetings, moderation
meetings along with Fete preparations and supported activities on the day.
 Conducted a range of formative assessment including observations, checklist, running
records and student work samples in planning and adapting lessons throughout the
teaching and learning sequence.

 My lesson planning and teaching was critically evaluated and feedback given valued and
adjusted where required to further improve and build teaching skills and effective
practice.

Primary School Years.

 Made detailed observations and familiarized myself with classroom procedures, school
policy programs, whole school behavior management systems as well as the Classroom
to Curriculum (C2C).
 Attended and engaged with all staff meetings, professional development events and

 Critical reflections daily based around detailed observations on classroom management
including the Curriculum To Classroom with differentiations in students and learning as
well as daily classroom and school routines.
 I led small guided reading groups, assisted students with daily class activities.
 Observed and reflected upon a range of different teachers, subjects and classroom
structures as well as collaborate teaching across year levels.
 Assisted in monitoring and supporting supervision teachers during NAPLAN testing.
