Last Monday, April 16, Mr. Hannity stated the following to over 3.5 million people. He did so
in connection with the hearing that was occurring in federal court before the Hon. Kimba
Wood that same day.

Here are the first 28 pages of the official transcript from the hearing before Judge Wood,
which I attended. Beginning on page 11, I have highlighted certain passages, including
statements of Mr. Stephen Ryan, Mr. Cohen’s attorney and an officer of the Court, relating to
Mr. Hannity and the issues above. I have also included the entirety of the first 28 pages so
you can reach your own determinations concerning the ability or inability to square the
above with what was represented to the Court.
