The subject is 32 years old. She has 4
brothers and 3 sisters and her birth order is 4th. Her qualification is B.A.
She is married before 8 years.she has three children, 2 daughters and 1
younger son. His husband runs his own business. Her family status is
nuclear. She belongs to upper socio-economic status family and resides
near to rang pura chwok sialkot.
Presenting complaints
Headache
Interview information
She likes to do work at home, interest in
painting, sketching, cooking, wants to be organized. She like to listen
music. she do not wants to be more social but prefer family gatherings.
Normal relationships with others. She give the birth to children in
(2010,12,14) by 3 c-section delivery in Munawar surgical hospital
Sialkot, her cases was handled by D.r Samina Nisar (gynecologist).Her
academic records are average.
Behavior during session
In Bender Gestalt (BG) the subject was very
attentive and careful while making the shapes of cards. First 7 shape she
drawn with very comfort but at the time of last 2 cards she took some
extra time and used erasure 2 times. She also drew some guidelines for
the perfection of shapes. She completed the task approximately in 10
minutes. In standard progressive matrices (SPM) when she started the
test, her attitude was very positive and curious towards the test, as I told
her it was problem solving ability test. Initially, she said it seems to be
very easy bur after solving the set “C” She started to ask me for
confirmation in such a way, it would be or not? However, she completed
the test in very good manners with the curiosity of results. In Human
Figure Drawing (HFD) test the subject was very excited because she
likes to do this type of art work. After the instructions she thought for a
while (what I should be draw?) and then started the drawing, she
accomplish the task in 20 minutes only and she was excited what and
when I will tell her about her personality.

Psychological evaluation
The result of Bender Gestalt test (BG) a test
of (visual motor perception tool) indicates that the person’s visual motor
perception falls in ‘need to psychiatric help range.
The result of progressive Matrices (SPM) which is the test of abstract
reasoning (one aspect of intelligence) depicts that the subject’s
intellectual level falls in “intellectually superior range” with the 95th
percentile.
The results of projective analysis Human Figure drawing (HFD) shows
that the person seems to have obsessive compulsive tendencies, feeling
of insecurity it’s also depict that subjects will be highly visually alert to
his environment, shyness & less interactive, and she seems to have high
level of aspiration. Person may have some sexual fears and conflicts.
May be she has some strong past memories which can be unforget ful
for her. She seems to be responsible also.
