Now when jam checking the Bin Stock its shows -1 in 998 (source storage type) and 1 in storage type 001 The TO created for itis confirmed. How to get rd ofthis negative entry from 998 since {have to do Physical Inventory Have | missed any step In between. | thought Its normal procedure to upload the inventory in WM how do I rectify this issue \When i uploaded the material in Whit was not reference to TR because there were none, WM is impleted after gap of three years of material handeled through IM. | used LSMW for Tcode LTOt and uploaded the stock with Mty 561. where it showed source Styp 998 and Bin Aufmname, destination 001 and bin 1A3. inact there was no stock in 998 before this transaction which has caused this problem. 1. Ihave checked the Sloe its 1 Pe 2. In LXQ2 its shows 001 1 Pe and 988 -1 Pe. | tried to remove negative quant through LTO1 by adding postive quantity it was acding up but not removing the negative. By the way { used ty $62 for this process. Please help me to get rid of it since user isnot able to Physical Inventory and auditors are pushing har. Ifyou tried that and your negative quant did not go away, then your entries did just not match the characteristics of this existing quant. You should have customized your 561 WM movement first. itis usualy assigned to the 561 IM movement. This means you post @ 561 in M this creates stock in interim storage type 998 and you subsequently put away that stock with the WM 561 movement. ‘As you did your WM load years after the IM load, your 561 should customized to not create negative quants at 998 or you should have followed the SAP guidelines described here: http://help.sap.com/saphelp.40b/helpdat...antent.htm The easiest way to solve your issue isto physically delete the negative quants in 998 storage type from table LQUA. If Move these materials or do any transaction than it wil create transfer 914 from this storage type and it will not find the stock in warehouse.
