AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Maria T. Okinawa, of legal age, Filipino, married

and a resident of Phase 2, Blk 3, Lot 8, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the Secretary/Personal Assistant of Mr. Juan P.

Masipag and have been his employee from 1998 up to the
present.

2. That I initially worked as a clerk and by 2002, I was

promoted as his Secretary/Personal Assistant and is still
currently holding said position.

3. That as Secretary/Personal Assistant, I am in-charge

with the following duties and responsibilities:

 answering telephone calls

 maintaining diaries
 arranging appointments
 taking messages
 typing and word processing
 filing
 organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking
minutes)
 managing databases
 prioritising workloads
 recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
 handling correspondence
 implementing new procedures and administrative systems
 liaising with relevant organisations
 coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

4. That in view of the nature of my job, I keep records of all

his letters and correspondence, business commitments,
undertakings, conferences and appointment of our office
located at 1357, Kowloon Hongkong.

5. That I am in possession of all relevant records pertaining

to the case filed against my employer by Western Eagle
Limited.
6. That the first notification I have received from this
particular case was a summons dated April 15, 2013 sent in
our office address at 1357, Kowloon Hongkong. On April 20,
2013, we then received the judgement rendered by Hon.
Judge Kent Yee of the Court of First Instance dated
December 28, 2012 and amended on April 13, 2013.

7. That prior to the judgment, we have not received any

notification with regard to this case.

8. That I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of

the foregoing facts and in support of my employer’s defense
in the case filed against him by the Western Eagle Limited
denominated as CIVIL CASE NO. 2015-1 which is FOR
ENFORCEMENT OF A FOREIGN JUDGMENT.
