Thank you for accommodating our junior student, Ms. Kim Aireen A. Viado, as your
trainee for this summer 2017. Reference to your request for OJT Activity Plan, I regret to
inform you that the department does not have it at this juncture. Our students are allowed
to select their choice of company, manufacturing or service industry, for this requirement.
Different industries possesses different processes, therefore, an activity plan may not be
suitable for every trainee/company. However, to give you an overview of the curriculum

Greeting!

Thank you very for accommodating our students for their Senior Practicum Program this
summer 2017. The additional knowledge and experiences to be gained from this program
will sure help our future leaders. However, our institution does not acknowledge or permit
the conduct of training on night shift for security and safety reasons. Our curriculum
specifically endorses only day training with possible overtime training upon agreement
between the company and the student trainee.

I hope that you will be with us in this safety measures being implemented by the university.
