Flowers on the altar this Sunday are sponsored by Jeff & Cathy Erwin in loving memory of
their son, Jason; and by Karmon Lienemann in loving memory of Duane and in celebration
of Karmon’s birthday.

Prior to 8:30 AM worship, we will be playing a recording of Setting 8’s sung liturgy from the
ELW Hymnal. During Pentecost we will learn the new setting and use it in worship for a few
months. Setting 8 is more contemporary and easy to learn. The Kyrie is often sung at the
late service, so it may even sound familiar. Enjoy listening!

If there are volunteers who would like to help clean up around the church on Mondays, the
“cleaning crew” arrives between 8-9 AM and is usually done by 10 AM. All help is greatly
appreciated. Kitchens, bathrooms, halls and the sanctuary are primary attention areas. Jim will be
out for several more weeks, so we are finding out what one person does every day by replacing him
with about 10 individuals! Blessings to you all!

Worship Services can now be viewed in their entirety on St. John’s facebook page at
www.facebook.com/stjohnsnorfolk.
