PropertiRupaksa : sarung (lutut), pedang (kecil), kumis, danikatkepala.
Properti Aria : sarung (pinggang), pedang (besar), kumis,
danikatkepala.
Properti King : sarung (lutut), pedang (besar), kumis, mahkota (besar),
dankemejahitam.
 Long time ago Banyuwangi was called Blambangan. It was a kingdom under
a wise king who had a handsome and smart son. Raden Banterang was his name.
He liked hunting very much.
RadenBanterang : “Mom , I want to hunting today. Please allow me, Mom !”
Queen : "What again .. ?”
RadenBanterang : "Yes Mother , please !
Queen : "Well, Mother let you hunt."
RadenBanterang : "Thanks, Mom."
Queen : "Yes, be careful my son. I will tell to your father"
RadenBanterang : “Okay Mom, I’m going now.”

After allowing his son to hunt, the queen informs the king if his only child
will go hunting
Queen : “Dear, our son want to hunts. I've allowed him to hunt”
King : “what did he say to you? why he did not directly permit me”
Queen : ” because he was very hurried earlier”
King : “is not he already hunting yesterday?”
Queen :” let him, he likes that”
King : “okay no problem”

After getting permission from His mother, RadenBanterang called Aria for
preparing hunting equipment.
RadenBanterang : "Aria.... !!!"
Aria : "Yes, Sir. What can I do for you?"
RadenBanterang : "Please, help me to prepare some hunting equipment!"
Aria : "Yes, Sir. I will find it for you, Sir.”
RadenBanterang : "Yes, because this morning I'm going to hunt in the woods.”
Aria : “Yes, Ready Sir."
RadenBanterang: "Oke, you must accompany me."
Aria : "Yes, I will take care of you, from enemy attacks."

After hunting equipment ready. He went to forest around Blambangan to

hunt for animals. And he saw very beautiful flowers.Then he pick the beautiful
flowers for given to his mother.
Raden Banterang : “ Wow, this flowers is very beautiful . I want to pick it for
my mother. "
 Unfortunately he saw a deer. But he lost the deer.
RadenBanterang: "Where deer that ? Will I find it ? But I’m very tired. I must to
break now. Whoa… coincidence that there is a river front.
Hem, the river water is fresh." (RadenBanterang drinking river
water)

Raden Banterang drink the river water. After that, he left the river. And he
saw lovely lady in front of him. Then Raden Banterang asked her.
RadenBanterang : “Excuse me, You’re names? Do you live around here ?”
Surati : “No, I'm from Klungkung, Bali. My name is Surati. I'm a
princess from there. I need your help”
RadenBanterang : “I will help you, but please tell me. What your problem ?”
Surati : “I'm in danger. There was a rebellion in Klungkung. The rebel
killed my father but I could it. My guards took me here but I
lose them. Now I'm alone. I don't know where to go. Please,
help me”
Raden Banterang : “Ok, You are coming to the right person. I'm prince Banterang
from the kingdom of Blambangan. I will protect you. Please
come with me. Come on !”

He fell in love with her and then several months later he married her.
Rupaksa told her that it was Raden Banterang who killed their father. Rupaksa
came to Blambangan .

Rupaksa : “Surati, Surati”

Surati : "Brother ... !!"
Rupaksa : "Surati, I came here to take revenge, because Raden Banterang
has killed our father ."
Surati : “I'm really shocked. But I'm not sure. Raden Banterang
is now my husband. He's very kind to me. He never hurts me.
He's protecting me. I will never betray him.”
Rupaksa : "What ... ! You're married with him ? And you don’t want to
help me?"
Surati : "Yes, forgive me" (sad)
Rupaksa : “But he killed our father.”
Surati : “It’s hard for me to believe it.”
Rupaksa : “OK then. I have to go now. But please keep my head dress. Put
it under your pillow.” (angry)
 Rupaksa gave his head dress to his sister Surati. Several days later
RadenBanterang was hunting in a forest ,when he met a man that looked like a
priest. Then he said something.

Rupaksa : “Our life is in danger. Someone has an evil intention to you.”

RadenBanterang : “Who is he ?”
Rupaksa : “Your wife, Surati”
RadenBanterang: "Surati? How do you know?”
Rupaksa : “I am a priest. I have clear spiritual vision. I just want to save
you. Search her room. If you find a head dress under her pillow
then my words are correct. It is from a man who will help her kill
you.”
RadenBanterang : “Thank you your Holiness.”

Raden Banterang was very angry to his wife then he immediately went
home. As Raden Banterang found the head dress under her pillow he was sure that
the priest was right.

RadenBanterang : “You are unfaithful wife. I know that you want me dead. This is
the evidence. This is from a man who will help you kill me. Tell
me who he is?”
Surati : “It’s my brother's head dress. I met him several days ago when
you went hunting. He gave me this and told me to put it under my
pillow. So I did. He want to kill you, not me.” (Shocked and
cried)

But RadenBanterang did not trust her again

Surati : “Before I die, let me say a few words.”
RadenBanterang : “Please do”
Surati : “After I throw my body in here. If the water become dirty
and smelly, it means that I am guilty. But if the water become
clear and fragrance, it means that I am innocence.”

Then RadenBanterang would stab her wife with a kris , Surati threw herself
into the river. Amazingly the water became clear and fragrance came out of it.
