Start-up the Unit

Step-1 - Ensure APC is ready on the APC’s platform and all the associated hose connected.
Step-2 - Key in the amount of catalyst required in TDC.
Step-3 - Check the valve line-up are correct.
Step-4 - Start batching from local panel.
Step-5 - After completed batching process, blow the line with Nitrogen.

Note - Do not leave the area while batching in progress.

Normal Operation
Step-1 - Key in the amount of catalyst required in TDC.
Step-2 - Ensure the valves line-up are correct.
Step-3 - Start the batching from local panel.
Step-4 - Blow the line with Nitrogen after completed batching process.

Shutdown the APC Unit

Step-1 - Pull the ESD button( RED COLOR) located on the local panel.
Step-2 - To reset the ESD, push the ESD button.
