Performance Task Description:
What authentic performance tasks will students demonstrate the desired understandings? An
open quiz will be distributed to the students that involves math problems in the form of buying
and selling inventory, buying property, and providing what services their business comes with.
By what criteria will performances be judged? Their understandings of how much money goes
into each department.
Through what evidence (e.g. quizzes, tests, academic prompts, observations, homework,
journals) will students demonstrate achievement of the desired results? Through journals,
quizzes, tests, and an open observation.
