Use this worksheet every time you begin a new writing task, whether it’s a simple e-mail or a 20-page
proposal. After a time, you’ll begin to write for these goals intuitively, and you may not need this
worksheet anymore.

he wants to fire him on the spot because he always says that he wants his employees to work and
have good work ethics. If they are playing around they should be fired immediately.
What is his/her attitude toward innovation/progress: He has a strong attitude towards progressing
the company. If he sees a problem or a challenge he is willing to find ways to increase business and
move forward with his company.
Does he/she prefer to originate ideas: Yes he does, he likes to think of new ideas frequently, his ideas
are to help the company more and help the business because it is his main priority. If he thinks the
ideas won’t help, he will then go to his employees and ask them.
