IMPLEMENTASI FULL DAY SCHOOL TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER SISWA

ABSTRACT
Indonesia is a developing country that still continue to improve the quality of its human
resources.The quality of human resources in indonesia still likely to be diverse characteristic ,examples of
various issue are as diverse as the level of discipline responsibility ,work ethic,motivation,moral.There
are some things that are in need in creating a good graduate,concrete examples are draft Full Day School
by applying character education will then create the human resources that have the good character of the
research objectives is to find out: 1) how big a success rate implementasi Full Day School and 2) The level
of implementation Full Day School in the formation of the character of students .this research is
descriptive – qualitative research.The population of the research was a vocational high school students
who apply Full Day School this with the respondents amounted to 51 people .Data collection techniques
using question form,data analysis techniques using technical analysis descriptive statistical data.results of
the research on expplain as follows : 1) internal asppects Full day School already in the category of good
/high of 53%. 2)the external aspects of the creation of the characters in the category of high /very high i.e.
of 80%.

INTRODUCTION
Curently indonesia is a country that

Day School (FDS).according to the etymology
of the word full day derived from the english
