Applications

Façade substructures
■ The economic advantages of the SXR are convincing – most
notably in large-scale projects with façade substructures made of
wood or metal.

Interior fitting
■ For the installation of various building elements (windows, doors, wall
cupboards, radiators, etc.).
The all-rounder is particularly suited when it comes to different building
materials and applications.

Electrical installation
■ For the installation of cable support systems (cantilever-type con-
duits), cable ducts and other wall-mounted electrical installations
fastened in masonry.

 Also suited for:

Applications

Façade substructures
 The SXRL achieves excellent holding values in substructures made
of wood or metal and in difficult anchor bases such as vertically
perforated brick and aerated concrete.
 The ETA approval regulates a large variety of masonry blocks, thus
reducing the number of on-site trials.

Interior fitting
 In interior fitting it is quite common to attach heavy loads
without knowing the exact type of base material.
This applies, e.g. for the fastening of TV wall brackets or
kitchen cabinet wall mounting rails.

Timber construction
 With its high bending moment and usable lengths up to 290 mm,
the SXRL is an economic alternative for the installation of wooden
beams with large cross-sections.

concrete, hollow lightweight concrete block, solid block made

Applications

Railings
 The SXS is particularly suited to withstand high tensile forces. The
approval for single-point fixing makes it the designated specialist in
concrete, for example, for tasks such as the installation of awning
roofs and outdoor railings.

Fixed ladders
 The approval for single-point fixing in concrete makes the SXS a
cost-efficient alternative compared to steel anchors.
Possible outdoor and indoor areas of use are the installation of, e.g.
fixed ladders, car ports, chandeliers, ceiling suspenders, etc.

Façade substructures
 It is not only its small anchorage depth of 50 mm that renders the
SXS the ideal anchor for façade substructures. Its high bending
moment is particularly advantageous for constructions with thick
non-load bearing layers (e.g. plaster) and heavy façades.

All loads refer to a long-term temperature of max. 30 °C and a short-term temperature of max. 50 °C. The partial safety factors for resistance governed by the approval as well as a
partial safety factor for the effect gF = 1.4 were taken into consideration.

FUR frame fixing:
The adaptable multi-substrate anchor.
Comprehensive product range:
 Screws available in zinc-plated and stainless
A4 steel.
With its specially designed asymmetrical
interlocking sleeve, the FUR anchor  Three screw head types:
adapts to the hollow building materials and 1. Countersunk head
provides for gentle power transfer. 2. Hexagon head with moulded washer
3. Hexagon head
 Usable length up to 290 mm

For metal substructures, we recommend the

Multiple fixings for
non-structural applications
in concrete and masonry

 Approved for:
for facade systems
in concrete Vertically perforated brick, perforated sand-lime brick, concrete,
solid brick, solid sand-lime brick, massive lightweight concrete
or normal weight concrete block, thermal insulation blocks
 Also suited for:
Natural stone with a dense structure, hollow lightweight
concrete block, solid plaster panels, aerated concrete

Applications
Façade substructures
■ Due to its even power transfer in perforated bricks, FUR achieves
good holding values and provides for convenient installation.

Door and gate construction

■ With its low expansion forces, FUR is the ideal choice for fixings in
door and gate construction that are near the edges.

Window installation
■ The adaptable lamella anchor FUR is ideally suited to the installa-
tion of large metal window frames into various base materials.
