JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, ANDRES JOSE MAURICIO ALBA, Filipino, of legal age, married,
with office address at 9F LPL Towers, 112 Legaspi Street, Greenbelt Center,
Legaspi Village, Makati City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the undersigned counsel for Plaintiff Amado P. Matele in his civil

action against her sister, Defendant Amada P. Mantelt-Olaes for the
partition of the parcel of land they inherited from their parents. The said
civil action was filed and assign;ed before the Regional Trial Court
Branch 90, Dasmariñas City, Province of Cavite and docketed as Civil
Case No. DC -790-184;

2. In my aforementioned capacity, I have personally served a copy of

Plaintiff’s Motion to Declare Defendant in Default in the above stated
case directly at Defendant’s resident address in Barangay Salawag,
Dasmariñas City, Province of Cavite on 16 April 2018. The same address
is where the subject property sought to be partitioned is located;

3. The copy of Plaintiff’s motion was received by Defendant’s son,

_________ Mantele Olaes, as evidenced by the signature he affixed
appearing above his name at the back of the said motion;

4. Accordingly, I am executing this Affidavit of Service to attest to the

truth of the foregoing and to support Plaintiff’s motion in the afore-
cited case.
