The End of The war

The War ended with The armistice that

ended fighting in World War 1 was
signed on November 11, 1918. The
three months leading to it saw a series
WWI Modern
of quick, decisive victories for the Warfare
allies, rapidly pushing the Germans
back to their border.

during World War I and formed during World War I

On August 4th 1914, Britain had

declared war on Germany. The
next morning the war had
started and had begun. During
the war people had to be very
cautious incase if anything
would happen to them.
Life had changed dramati-
cally for woman during the
war due to so many men
away fighting at war. Many
women took paid jobs out-
side of home for the first
time. It was a very different
lifestyle for them.

How and who

triggered World War I

World War I started when

Archduke Franz Ferdinand of
Austria was assassinated on
June 28, 1914. This was the
immediate cause but there
were a series of events which
triggered world war I.
