Group Exercise Classes
Group Exercise:
The Sage Center offers a wide variety of group exercise classes to help with every exercise need. We have
certified instructors who can make exercise fun and challenging. Zumba is a high-energy, Latin-dance-
based class. Yoga and Pilates are great to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Aqua Aerobics gives you a
great workout in the water. Other classes focus on improving balance. A Class schedule is available on the
Festival website or at the Sage Center Fitness Desk.

Personal Training
Personal Training:
One-on-one personal training is available for those wanting or needing, a bit more exercise guidance or
motivation. Personal training can help improve the quality of your exercise, provide additional guidance
when you need it, or motivate you to stick to a consistent exercise program.
One-hour sessions can be scheduled at your convenience.
Fees:
1 session: $35.00
3 sessions: $100.00
6 sessions: $190.00
10 sessions: $300.00

Massage Therapy
Enjoy a relaxing, therapeutic massage. A massage promotes relaxation, reduces stress and relieves mental
and physical fatigue.
A 60-minute appointment is only $60.00

Horse Race / Shootout
Thursday May 10th @ 5:00pm
This event is a must if you like a good time. The
closest to full contact golf you will get as your
competitor’s egg you on, sometimes in your
backswing. This event features two person teams
who alternate their shots. High scoring teams are
eliminated on each hole until there are only three
teams. Out of the three we will get a Win (1st
Place), Place (2nd Place), and a Show (3rd place).
Serious golfers must leave the serious at home
for this event, we like to have fun.
