You are therefore summoned to appear before the Commissioner for Justice at

Zejtun, Gnien San Girgor, Triq id-Dahla ta' San Tumas, Zejtun on the 10-Jul-2018 11:30:00 AM

You can opt to settle the €104.82 fine at least three days prior to the tribunal hearing, thus you would not need to appear before the
Commissioner. You are advised to ensure that the payment has been registered. Payments may be effected on-line on www.les.gov.mt or
by a cheque payable to LESA.

Cheques to be addressed to 'LESA, Ufficju Amministrattiv, 4-6, Triq Bordin, Pieta PTA1233'.

If you fail to settle the fine in time and the tribunal finds you guilty of the aforementioned charge, or if you fail to appear before the
Tribunal, you may incur a fine which ranges from a minimum of €104.82 up to the maximum value as imposed by law. In those cases
contemplated by law the Commissioner can also order the seizure of the vehicle involved, as well as order the suspension or revocation of
the offender’s license.

Failure to pay the fine within one month from judgment makes you liable to pay an additional penalty of €11.65, in addition to the
payable fine. You are also informed that if you fail to appear in terms of the law you will be deemed to have admitted guilt.

Prosecutor:

If you have already paid the fine/penalty in respect of this contravention, the case is closed, and therefore you are not required to appear
before the Local Tribunal. In such an event, kindly ignore this summons. You may also ignore this summon if you have a petition
registered in respect of this contravention which has not yet been considered by the Board of Petitions.

Ladies must appear before the Tribunal dressed decently, while gentlemen must wear a jacket and a tie.
