PROGRAM DESIGN FOR THE ARAW NG DAVAO Del NORTE (ALAY LAKAD)

I. RATIONALE

The Tagum Water District should practice solidarity and being in one with the Provincial
Government. Hence, joining activities organized by the latter is highly inevitable especially in
promoting fair chances for both genders to enjoy the festivity of the occasion.

II. OBJECTIVE

 To participate in an event that promotes camaraderie between the different

organizations in Davao del Norte
 To create a stronger bond with the Provincial government for a better public service
 To join in the celebration of Araw ng Davao del Norte

III. METHODOLOGY

The aforementioned objectives shall be accomplished through participating in an Alay Lakad

activity to be conducted by the Provincial government of Davao del Norte.

IV. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

The said event will be participated by all permanent and casual TWD employees

 VII. EXPECTED OUTPUT

After the conduct of the said event, it is then expected that the Provincial Government of
Davao del Norte and Tagum Water District have created a stronger tie and united towards
achieving their goals – to provide better and quality services to the public.

VIII. DATE AND VENUE

The said event will be conducted on July 1, 2015 at the Capitol Grounds, Mankilam, Tagum
City.
