My brother-in-law had to go to Bangalore on 15 Feb 2018 on an urgent work and we had no

prior information on his coming back home. We were worried about his long stay as there
was no information on the specific date of his arrival.
On 22 /02/2018 suddenly I thought of arriving at the date of his arrival back to his home @
Secundrabad. Immediately horary number 205 struck in my mind and I erected a horary
chart @ 14-23-55 hours at Secundrabad @ my residence. The chart is attached.
Hints for arrival of a person/relative/friend

Note the sub lord of the 11th cusp. 11th house indicates brother-in-law also. If the sub lord
of the 11th cusp is in retrograde or deposited in a star which is in retrograde motion,
friend’s /relative’s arrival is not promised. As per the chart, 11th cusp sub lord is Saturn+.
No planets are placed in Saturn stars and so Saturn strongly signifies 11th cusp. It is not in
retro motion. Saturn is Ketu star which is not in retro motion as it is node. So his arrival is
promised. This also shows that there is a fulfillment of my desire.
Note: The hoary question is raised by me and so I have not rotated the chart for anybody.
K P rule: Lagna shows the place of the native’s permanent residence and the 7th house
shows (opposite to lagna) the change of one’s residence /place of stay. (see page 296 of
reader no.2) 7th is the person expected or other person expected by us who receive.
So if 7th cusp sub lord signifies 3rd-shot travel, 9th- long travel, 5th- one’s desire to move from
his place of stay and 11th one’s fulfillment of desire to move.
If it signifies 4or 8 or 10 or 12 –the person who is expected will not come.
As per the horary chart

7th cusp falls in Cancer sign with MOON_MERC_RAHU as co-rulers. The sub lord Rahu is
placed in Mercury star lord of 6 and 8 in 1st and in the sub lord of Venus lord of 4,5,9 in 1st
cusp. Rahu represents Moon lord of 7th in 3rd cusp. Thus the 7th cusp sub lord Rahu
signifies 1,6,8 at its star lord level and 1,4,5,9 at its sub lord level. It is also connected to
3rd. So as per the above rule 7th cusp sub lord Rahu signifies the relevant houses-3,5,and 9
assures the arrival of the person in question.
When is the question- during the conjoined period the significations of 3-5-9-11 houses:

Period analysis
The period running at the time of judgment is---SUB DL X SUN BL X KETU AL X SATURN
SL.
The dasa lord and bhukthi lord are in our CFS. Antra lord Ketu is not in CFS, so I have
dropped Ketu.
And the next antra period is Venus which runs from 23-Feb-2018 to 13-March-2018.
Venus AL is in our CFS and it signifies 5 and 9 @STL is o.k.
Sun transits in Saturn (11) sign (Aquarius sign) on Rahu star (CFS) from 19/2 to 4/3
agrees.
Sun transits in Saturn (11) sign (Aquarius sign) on Jupiter star (CFS) from 04/3/ to14/3
agrees.
Under Venus antra period –
--Venus and Sun sookshma lords are already taken as DL and AL.
--Next comes Moon SL is not in CFS.
--Next comes Mars SL is in CFS and runs from 28/2/2018 to 01/3/2018. Mars signifies 3,
and 11 @ STL and 6and 8@its Sub level.
As per the K P equations—

If star lord is positive + Sub lord is negative= One can expect mostly negative results.
If star lord is positive + Sub lord is positive= 100% positive result can be expected.
If star lord is negative+ Sub lord is positive=positive results with great efforts & problems.
If star lord is negative+ sub lord is negative=100% negative results only can be expected.
Note—This formula is based mainly on the pith and core of the KP System that” planet is the
source, Star lord indicates the nature of the event and Sub lord decides whether the matter is
favourable or not.”
Basing on the above KP equation—I am doubtful about the result to be given by the Mars as
sookshma lord, as it signifies 6 and 8 negative houses at its sub lord level. So I have decid-
ed to drop the Mars SL.

from the date of question asked by Querent (40 days from 21-06-2014 i.e. up to 30th July
2014). This is because of following reasons –
· Horary Lagna falls in movable sign (Cancer 18-33-20) indicating early fructification of
event; but Lagna CSL is Ketu (a slow moving planet) and 11th CSL Mercury (a fast mov-
ing planet); and Mercury is retrograde till 1st July 2014 and further Saturn aspecting to
Ketu & Moon and Lagna. All this indicate there may be some delay.
· 10th CSL posited in a sub of retrograde planet i.e. Saturn. And Saturn (delay and re-

The Chart cast for the time of India attaining freedom on the midnight of 15th August, 1947 is the
primary source, clearly explaining the chain of significant events concurrent with the planetary di-

The analysis of Indian affairs is made sectorwise- polity, economy, industry, agriculture, science and
technology, natural and national disasters to take a holistic view of the the astral influence. Also, it
