REQUERIMIENTOS:
A. MATERIALES A USAR EN INYECCION:
1. FX-770 (1.5 GAL UNITS) PROPORCION DE MEZCLA: 2 A 1 POR VOLUMEN (20 KITS DE
1.5GAL)
2. PUMP FLUSH (O THINER EPOXICO)
3. FX-715 (2GAL KIT) PROPORCIÓN DE MEZCLA 1:1 - NO SERÁ INSTALADO.. SÓLO PARA
ADHERIR LAS MANGUERAS EN CASO DE SER NECESARIO.
Prueba No. 2: El material vertido se dejará en el recipiente para medir el tiempo que le toma
hacer el curado inicial.
4. Mezcla de FX-770LV final y colocación por GRAVEDAD.
Mezcle un kit completo y vierta con embudo en el orificio hasta llenarlo.
La limpieza del equipo consiste en hacer fluir PUMP FLUSH por las líneas. Primero saldrá producto
mezclado con resina, luego al salir producto limpio, se recicla al envase original hasta completar
un ciclo.
6. Limpieza final.
Retire todo el material no usado, basura, etc. del área. Se dejará el puerto de inyección y las
mangueras usadas por un periodo de 24hrs. Luego de ese periodo se retira el puerto y las
válvulas de las mangueras. NO ES NECESARIO resanar el volumen dejado por el puerto de
inyección dentro del orificio ya que habrá un posterior vaciado de concreto.

o not thin FX-770 HM LV. Solvents will prevent proper cure.
Do not use for bonding new to plastic concrete, use FX-752.
Substrate temperature and ambient temperature must not be
below 40°F (4°C). Exposure to elevated temperatures for pro-
longed periods is not recommended.

poxy resin (A Component) may crystallize. Heating material to
120°F and stirring will reconstitute material to original condition.
Allow to cool before using
CAUTION:
W
ARNING! “A” Component contains epoxy resin. DANGER!
“B” Component contains alkaline amines; strong sensitizer. May
cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Use with
good ventilation, particularly if material is heated or sprayed.
Prevent all contact with skin or eyes. Wear protective clothing,
goggles, gloves and/or barrier creams. Keep container closed
when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling.
FIRST AID:
In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water.
in case of eye contact, flush eyes with copious amounts of water
for at least fifteen (15) minutes. Remove contaminated clothing
shoes. if irritation persists, seek medical attention. Wash cloth-
ing before reuse.
