Responsibilities as an Air Import Executive


Looking after Air Import queries.
To Co-Ordinate with Overseas Agents in order to get the required price/rate as per the respective terms
of the shipments.
I have an experience of doing tons of shipment in FOB/ EXW/FCA/DDU/DDP/CIF/FREE HAND terms.
Maintaining relationship with WCA agent to improve our buy.
Experienced in negotiating with the agent as per the target rate from consignee.
Developing new Agents from overseas market for competitive rates if required.
Handling team of 2 operation staff along with 6 sales person and the sales of BDM & Managerial Level.
To keep advise team in order to sort out the operational issues if occurred.
Handling Companies Corporate Account & Key Customers like (LAVA INTERNATIONAL,VR
PORTFOLIO,VIVO, LILIPUT, ZARA,PARACOAT PRODUCTS,C&S ELECTRIC,
HINDWARE, JACKSON ,LUMINIOUS ,NIPPON, TOSHIBA TRANSMISSION &
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, HFCL, UTSAR,UTSTRCOM, LIVEGUARD )
Strategically managing the pipeline of opportunities.

CHA for Custom Clearance purpose.
Operating Consol files with relevant documents. ( Invoice/Pack List/ MAWB/HAWB/ purchase/Our
Invoice to Customer)
Maintain strong business relationships with all new/existing clients to optimize customer satisfaction.
Arranged rates from different ports for RFQ( REQUEST FOR QUOTES)
Also bidded for several companies.
