Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

I think that conducting observations is very important in order to get comments and suggestions to improve
in next classes which will help to be professional teacher. My colleague Anoud was so comfortable while I'm
observing her and she said that this is a good idea because she really benefit from my comments and will
try to apply them in next classes, she was happy of this evaluation and agreed with me regarding the
rewarding part she said that yes she have to reward and praise the students in order to engage and
motivate them. Discussing the observation with my colleague really vital and valuable because it aid both
of us to improve our skills as teachers because we share ideas to make our teaching successful.
